I did use the dry mustard because I like it. I added about a cup of frozen peas. I also added breadcrumbs on top after I put on the cheese. Baked as directed and then turned on the broiler for about 1 minutes. EXCELLENT recipe. I’ll never use canned soup again!

Incredible! I doubled the recipe and I used honey mustard because that's the mustard we had, and I substituted the tuna for canned salmon. I only had one cup of milk, so I used another cup of chicken broth, which gave it an extra delicious, flavorful element.
I just want to mention that after you've combined your sauteed onions and celery mixture with your flour, it will seem strangely think and clump together into weird-looking and smelling blobs. You'll probably be tempted to add extra melted butter or water or another substance to thin it - don't. Once you put the milk/broth/whatever you're using, it'll turn into a lovely, creamy substance, just perfect for the tuna (or salmon, if you're like me) to be added, then the noodles.
All-in-all, this was an incredible recipe, a real crowd pleaser! I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did, and I am definitely planning on making this dish again.
