Very easy and quick. I also substituted italian bread crumbs in place of panko and added a little bit of water to make them stick together better. Put them on a bed of arugula...very delicious.

Super yummy. I doubled the recipe and added fresh dill instead of parsley. An easy crowd pleaser I will be making again.

Hubby loved this dish. We added some spice but otherwise followed the recipe.

I used spicy brown mustard instead because I didn’t have Dijon. And I used dried parsley because I didn’t have fresh parsley. But it still came out good. My 8yo loved it. I will definitely make it again.
