This has potential and I was very excited to make it. Unfortunately it is very misleading. The whole premise and very long description leading up to the recipe is about how easy it is to cook rice in the oven. So I made with brown rice, as suggested. Only missed the tiny little word “instant” which is mentioned nowhere else in the post. So, almost two hours later from starting this recipe, and rice still isn’t cooked all the way. We’re eating it anyway, cause 3 kids (plus myself and hubby) are starving. Disappointing, cause we’ve enjoyed many of the recipes we’ve tried from this site.
