Delicious! I added a can of crushed tomatoes and topped with vegan sour cream, homemade nacho sauce, cilantro, and tortilla strips.

Absolutely delicious! I modified the seasoning just a little to my own tastes (added salt, increased garlic, & slightly reduced the cumin), I also added coconut milk for creaminess. Thank you for this recipe - fantastic!
