These are amazing!! I love tuna melts, but now that I’m doing keto this is an excellent alternative. I’m not a huge fan of avocado by itself so I always look for recipes that include it mixed in and this was delicious!!! I didn’t have tomato so I used https://dinnerthendessert.com/crispy-roasted-cabbage-steaks/. And I added a hard boiled egg on top.
