I loved it. My bf is Cambodian and he was flat amazed at how like ‘home’ the dish tasted. I used zucchini and baby corn in the mix as well, and only half the fish sauce because I used the true fermented fish sauce paste instead of the liquid (seriously POTENT stuff). I also added a little white sugar with the brown, some hoisen sauce and probably 1/2 cup of sweet red chili sauce to the dish. Phenomenally easy way to cook this and you can make it all your own.
