- 1 Tbsp. water (plus more to thin if needed)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup carrot (chopped)
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup red cabbage
- peanuts (chopped, optional)
- 1 cup cilantro (chopped optional)
