- 1/4 cup nut butter (your choice skip if allergic to nuts or don't want to use them)
- 1/4 cup agave (maple syrup or honey honey or maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. water (plus more to thin if needed)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup carrot (chopped)
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup red cabbage
- peanuts (chopped, optional)
