- 1/4 cup tamari soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot (or cornstarch, see note)
