Super easy! The entire family joined in to make sushi before our family board game night. Rice was super easy to make. We made salmon and avocado rolls and a bunch of hand rolls (spicy tuna, charred salmon skin, scallop). Super delish, colorful and fun for the whole family, both kids and adults). Why go out and spend $200-$300 on sushi when you can make it at home for a fraction of the cost? We’ve been making it for a few years now. Practice makes perfect on rolling, cutting fish, and chopping veggies. Rice was perfect from the start! Love your easy recipe!
