We added some thinly sliced eggplant and red onions -- we let the puff bake with a light brush of olive oil and herbs for about ten minutes to add a crispy barrier, then layered up our slivered veg (which had been dried and pressed) and baked it through. Looking forward to making this again and again!

Love it! Easy to make, not to expensive, and the whole family loves it. I did one with veggies and one with apples, bananas and honey- lemon glaze 💋
