    Maybe it’s just not my taste but I did not love this. I felt the cream cheese was a bit overwhelming and I love cream cheese.

    Delicious taste but not nearly filling enough for a dinner. I would make again but as an appetizer with smaller mushrooms.

    I liked omitting bread crumbs from stuffing! I had 12 oz. of mushrooms, so I did use the stems (chopped) with garlic and onion, plus fresh spinach, basil and 5 oz. of cream cheese. I will experiment with no-salt spices next time!

    Delicious and easy. Substituted shredded monterey jack and added extra spinach. Didnt have panko so I substituted crushed croutons with onion powder and garlic powder added. Baked in a mini muffin pan. This is a keeper especially when I overbuy on marked down mushrooms.

    They were the easiest to make and my husband loved them and ate most of them. I now know will probably need to make more of them so other people can have some too. I used fresh spinach along with granulated garlic and one of my caps so I chopped it finally and put it in the stuffing .

    I added a slice of avacado to lay on top before putting in the oven and added a little garlic to the mixture and the whole family fell in love with them

    This is a pretty great recipe, but a lil doctoring makes it spectacular. I used Crimini mushrooms, chopped the stems, added garlic and sautéed on the stove. I used seasoned croutons (which then means you can omit seasoning salt) and added shredded parmesan. Worth the little extra work for the extra flavor!

    I love this because you can make the cream cheese mixture ahead of time. I did not love the outcome but my Bf did. I did not think they had enough taste but I can manipulate that.

    My guests said 5 stars but I felt they were too cream cheesy. I will sauté the stems and some onions next time and add more spinach but very easy and very good.

    Didn't really turn out like the picture above but was very delicious. Easy to make. Definitely good with the shrimp scampi that I made. Most likely will make again when requested.

    These were excellent. Only extra step I added that I think took it to the next level was I sautéed the chopped up stems with onions, garlic and spinach and folded it into cream cheese with some extra shredded Asiago. Now it's my go to appetizer for parties.

    These shrooms turned out delicious. I added mozzarella cheese to the mix and sharp cheddar on top. Making this into a 4-cheese recipe turned out so good. Watch your salt and amount of Parmesan. The parm will add some salty flavor.

    These were totally awesome. First time I made them they went in two seconds. Super easy and quick to make.
