The maple syrup was noticeable. I'd suggest trying one with a more authentic sweetener.

Very tasty! I did use honey instead of maple syrup and added about a tsp. more. The SO even loved the sauce!

It's so easy and luckily I had the ingredients for substitution of maple syrup (honey), rice vinegar (white wine vinegar) and brown sugar for white sugar. It looks great! Thank you!
