- 200 grams firm tofu (pack, or tempeh, cut into cubes, if using tofu see above and tofu baked if you like. You could also use pre-fried tofu)
- 2 carrots (julienne sliced)
- 1 Orange (juiced and half of it zested)
- 1 lemon (large, juiced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. gingerroot (freshly grated)
- 2 Tbsp. kecap manis
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 3 black pepper (grinds of)
- 2 tsp. rapeseed oil (cold-pressed, or coconut oil)
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 spring onions (sliced, use the green bits for garnish, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 red chilli (sliced)

it was okay. the recipe ingredients mention a red chilli but the instructions never do. there didn't seem to be enough sauce for two.
