210 C = 410 F. 1 sheet pastry is approximately 400-450 g makes half the recipe. I used cream cheese instead of ricotta. Use less Parmesan cheese and skip the salt cuz kid says it’s too salty. Delicious.

Absolutely delicious. Kids loved them and thought they were professionally made but they were simple to make. Ha - will def make again!
