Made a double recipe for a Holiday dinner and it was a big hit. I did add 1/2 cup of grueyere chees (doubled to 1 cup) for a little more flavor. Only 4 stars because I hate to have to guess at salt and pepper. 1 tbsp salt and half that of pepper seemed to work for my 2x version.

I cooked it in a soufflé dish - add time for the depth of the dish. We landed on an hour for a 2qt soufflé.
