I used to have a spaetzle press but downsized and no longer have it. My way now is to put the dough in a plastic zip-lock with a hole cut in a corner, then press the dough out into the water. It will break up a bit, or you can break it up with a spoon. Still delicious!

It turned out wonderfully! Definitely going to experiment with seasonings and sauces. The recipe was easy to follow and straightforward.

Absolutely delicious! Very simple to make. I added nutmeg, shallot, paprika and dill. Yummly!

Nice and simple, yet delicious! I tweaked the recipe just a bit by using milk instead of water in the dough. I also added a dash of nutmeg. I dropped the dough into boiling chicken broth with my food mill, using the screen with largest holes.
