- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar (optional - for a little more sourness)
- 2 3/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. cane sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. vegan butter
- 175 grams unsalted butter (or Vegan Butter, like Earth Balance, cold, just from the fridge, cut into 1/2" pieces)
