I didn't change anything but the veggies used like shiitakes, green beans and spinach. So delicious! Will make again.

Delicious and also easy! I used mushroom Bouillon cubes for the broth, it was perfect.

Super tasty! Used tofu instead of egg to make the recipe vegan! Really easy, quick and delicious! I’m a fan!
