  • 2 cups coconut flakes (unsweetened finely-shredded, you could probably use regular coconut flakes as well but the balls might be more crumbly)
  • 1 cup nuts (crushed, choice, we like peanuts or almonds)
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (use gluten free if necessary)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup oat (fiber, use gluten free if necessary)
  • 1/4 cup flax (ground golden)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon stevia extract (4 doonks THM Pure, Powder, adjust the sweetener level to your liking; some may like it sweeter)
  • 2 packets Truvia (1½ tsp. or ¾ tsp. THM Super Sweet Blend)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • vanilla extract (Splash of)
  • 2 tablespoons water (enough to make the dough moldable)
