- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 24 flour tortillas (TortillaLand®, cooked according to package instructions)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. ancho chili powder (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. chili powder (chipotle, or to taste)
- fresh cilantro (chopped)
- avocado (pitted and chopped)

Ive made this twice now, so delicious. The spice rub really elevates it. The leftovers never last long. we add them to quesadillas, sandwiches, or eat it straight.

Awesome carnitas tacos! Made the leftovers into BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, which also turned out great! Will definitely make again!
