- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground thyme
- 1/4 tsp. basil leaves (*dried spice-not fresh)
- 1/2 lb. carrots (chopped)
- 1 lb. russet potatoes (cubed)
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped fine)
- 1/2 medium yellow onion (chopped fine *about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 lb. green beans (fresh, cut and trimmed *you will add these in the last 2 hours of cooking time)
