Like everyone else kinda said, not enough beef broth so add more to your liking. I also added 4 crushed cloves of garlic which was nice. I do think I'll had more flower to the excess broth though to thicken it up a bit. Overall it was an amazingly easy and very tasty simple stew to make!

Excellent Stew....I added a few more veggies and a lot more beef stock. We really enjoyed it and will absolutely be making it again

I added about a cup more beef broth and celery to this recipe. It was very delicious and easy to make! My family loves it and I’ll definitely make it again.

This was very tasty the first night. Vegetables and meat were tender and very flavorful, with great stew gravy. Leftovers left me flat. Portions are very generous.

You definitely have to add seasoning to this. I added celery and cooked on high for 5 hours. The meat was very tender but there was absolutley no flavor to it. I dumped tons of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and a touch of cayenne after it was cooked.

turned out great, put in a little more Beef Stock to make more gravy and added a a couple teaspoons of spicy ketchup and a bay leaf

Pretty good basic beef stew. I had to add another cup of beef stock. Wish I’d been able to jazz it up somehow. I may throw in some spice next time! Overall pretty good though

Turned out alright. Considering the beef stock and onion soup mix, I’m surprised it wasn’t really salty, but that’s a good thing. I also added peas to mine. Tastes good. Good stew day.

Potatoes didn't cook all the way through which was a bummer, but the beef was outstanding! Tender and delicious. Cooked on slow.

It was delicious! I used regular carrots as opposed to baby carrots, but it was awesome. I put the crockpot on high and cooked it for four hours. I will make this again!
