- 100 grams anchovies (dried, / ikan bilis/ikan teri)

- 1/4 tsp. white pepper (powder)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 200 grams pork loin (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 100 grams liver
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. lard (melted. You can use cooking oil / shallot oil)
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. black vinegar (more if you like more)
- 1 tsp. chili paste
- 2 Tbsp. soup (your prepared)
- 8 pork (balls)
- 8 wontons
- lard (crispy or use crispy garlic or fried shallots)
- 6 pieces lettuce leaves (washed and pat dry)
- 1 stalk green onions (finely chopped)
- 500 mL water (liquid from soaking mushrooms)
