One of my wife's favs! Super easy, want to try with crawfish tails the next time for a semi NOLA boil.

Amazing! Used the oven method & am now obsessed. I added mushrooms & a quarter of a yellow onion & used 1/2 times more of the butter in the recipe. Absolutely loved it & will continue to use this foil method. Thank you! Highly recommend to anyone reading or contemplating this recipe!

Amazing! I replaced the butter for olive oil. Added chipotle salt. It was delicious!

This was a fantastic summer meal. Agree with others, don’t add any salt. Convection roast at 400 for 20 min was perfect.

Pretty good; need to cut back on the salt due to old bay. Added a splash of white wine to each packet and a couple of scallops for variety. Grill was out of service so 20 min. on convection roast @ 400 f did nicely.

Everyone liked it. added the shrimp at the end because we only had precooked shrimp. So we seasoned and tossed the shrimp in butter and old Bay seasoning, then heated up in a skillet and everyone added the shrimp to their own packet. everything else we had and made according to recipe.

It turned out really good. I didn't add any salt, as the recipe said. I just used the old Bay & pepper.. Yummy!
