    It was so easy and fun to make and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I think it was the best thing I have EVER made. and I'm a good cook :) My roommate loved it as well, and he's very picky about food.

    I’ve made this dish twice on 2 consecutive days. The first time with fresh prawns, the 2nd time with small scallops. I prefer it with prawns for their natural sweetness & crunchy texture. I added more parmesan for an extra kick. All in all, an easy & delicious dish to prep & cook if you’re craving for fettuccine alfredo &/or have never made one before.

    This was really good and easy! I would make sure to use big shrimp and/or more than 10 oz. this recipe makes a LOT of food. Also make sure you season the pasta water well and get a good amount of salt and pepper into the sauce. It will taste very bland if not.
