This came together very quick! Of course, like most times I didn’t have the exact ingredients and I needed it faster. I had frozen ground pork, instant seasoned mashed potatoes, spaghetti sauce, and I did have the canned green beans and sharp cheddar. I cooked the blocks of ground pork under pressure in the instant pot, then broke it up afterwards. I didn’t have plain tomato sauce so I used some Prego sauce. I didn’t have fresh potatoes but wanted to use a faster option for a weeknight so I used 2-4Oz butter and herb Idahoan instant mashed potatoes. I like my cheese a little toasty, so I extended the bake time after the cheddar topping to 25 minutes. Delicious to have dinner and lunchbox meal for work! So much better than fast food!
