- 3 Tbsp. tarragon (fresh chopped)

- 1 lb. shrimp (medium uncooked, peeled and deveined)
- 1/2 lb. sea scallops (large)
- 1/2 lb. lump crabmeat (jumbo)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
