Great recipe for a quick dinner. Make sure you have a big enough sheet tray to cook everything evenly. I added some guacamole salsa, sour cream, and cabbage to finish the fajitas, on corn tortillas.

The veggies were good, but the shrimp was too soft due to the juices. Probably should have cooked them on the stove instead of the oven.

I made this the other night and it was fantastic! Best thing about it? So quick! The flavors are simple but conplex! It would be 5 stars but I honestly felt that the onions & peppers needed just a little more cook time. Next time I'll put them in 5 mins before the shrimp. Perfect! 😋🤤

Tasted great and super easy to make! The only downside was the veggies were a bit soggy. Will make again, just need to tweak the cooking of the vegetables.
