Packed with Mediterranean flavors and healthy fats, this sheet pan chicken dinner will be your new favorite meal for busy weeknights. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.


  • 4 chicken breasts (5-6 oz. each)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (for chicken)
  • black pepper (to taste, for chicken)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz. per can, drained and rinsed)

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 3 ounces feta cheese crumbles (3 oz. is about 3/4 cup)

    Beautiful , followed the recipe point by point. Chicken was lovely and moist, flavour was satisfying not overbearing. Loved the artichokes to my surprise. Family of 7 (5 kids of 18,18,10, 5 and 4) all ate it. So a winner in my book 😊 thanks.

    This tasted awesome! We don’t care for olives so we cooked it with capers and sliced pickles. So flavorful!

    I already had the chicken cooked from making broth so i put the oil, onions and garlic in the pan for five minutes, then added the veggies for about ten minutes, then I added in the chicken until warm. last i added olives to warm them up. I then served, with the cheese. It was a hit! We needed something different!!

    My wife and I made this together and it was spectacular, with the following modifications: 4 cloves of garlic 3 tsp red wine vinegar 1 1/2 tsp balsamic 1/4 cup dry white wine 2 tsp oregano 1 1/2 tsp dried dill Needed to be more "Greek". The chicken was moist and easy to cut with just a fork!

    Loved it! I used marinated artichokes instead. I also let the chicken and veggies marinate together in the dressing for about 3 hours. Turned out great and will likely make again.

    Fantastic! Needed to drain some of the excess liquid during cooking and add about 10 extra minutes to the time but overall it was worth it! I would maybe just squeeze a bit of lemon juice on before serving for a bit of zing but otherwise a great recipe.

    Tasty! I served it over Quinoia cooked in Chicken stock, with a ricotta sauce with some of the same spices used for the veggies. I will try a red sauce next time, to see how that goes.

    This was really nice for a super busy day. Very flavorful and easy to make. I served it next to rice but you could just as easily served it over noodles.

    Very easy and overall very good. You can put the olives on the side for those that don’t like them. It was not dry at all for me. I suggest fresh dill and going a bit heavy on all the veggies. I surged it with hummus on wheat pita bread

    It was really nice, I didn’t have any artichoke at home so used aubergine instead For me 15 minutes cooking time was enough, although the chicken is juicy I do suggest to use a sauce as this might be dry for some, I made a feta cheese sauce by mixing some feta with tzatziki and a splash of milk, worked really well

    Really tasty and super easy to throw together. like many i doubled the sauce and instead of dried dill i used fresh. i also used pre marinated artichokes and that seemed to work really well. Everyone else in our house also enjoyed it and finished it all off. Will definitely make again.

    Not so great... edible but really not amazing... things got kind of soggy instead of having that great, charred Greek chicken flavour

    It was pretty good. I had to pull the veggies out at 15 minutes or they would have been mush, otherwise it was seasoned well and turned out well. I did make some pasta to use with it just to create a more complete meal for all my guys, and using it as the base for veggies and chicken was delicious.

    Soooo good. Definitely will make it again. Omitted the olives. Substituted diced yellow onions because that’s what we had prepped. Also used half the chicken.

    I really enjoyed this recipe! I doubled the greek dressing because it didnt seem to coqt the chicken enough. is there are any leftovers, this would be sooo tasty in a wrap. Also doubling the veggies and adding bell peppers was a win in the recipe!
