    good. cooked some rice and put a small amount under the mix and made Fajita Bowls. - picky teen-age son said it was great.

    I like the recipe, but it was kind of bland. I think it needed more seasoning mix, more spice for sure. I’d make it again (with less oil) and adding some chili powder, cumin and a little paprika! I think it’s got potential!

    Used a packaged taco lime seasoning instead of the seasoning called for in the recipe. We enjoyed this simple meal. Will make again. Served with a tomato and cucumber salad ... wish I would have had some avocado!

    yummy and simple! i personally dont like the sweeter peppers, so i just stick to the green and red. but it is so good!

    This recipe was fairly simple but did require additional preparation. I also had to add more seasoning than listed for flavor, otherwise it would come out bland.For example, I did add some Sazón to the chicken and and let it sit in the sauce and marinate. I didn’t put the veggies in the oven until chicken prep was finish to avoid overcooking. This helped to prevent everything from becoming too dry. Forgot to take a picture but it did come out amazing!

    Delicious, we doubled the spice for extra flavor and cooked chicken and peppers on 2 pans. Very good and easy!

    Great! I had to cook it a little longer to make sure the chicken was cooked all the way. If you use foil make sure to use non stick spray.

    We loved it! I thought that the seasonings and cook times (10 then 20 more) were spot on. I used chicken breasts. I may buy precut veggies and chicken next time to cut down on the time it took. There will definitely be a next time.

    So easy and absolutely delicious!!! One of Hubby’s favs! Used precooked fajita chicken and followed instructions on package once and taste just as good and makes it a bit faster!

    This was my first sheet pan dinner! Love it! I substituted strips of boneless chicken breasts for the chicken thighs, and it took a little longer than 20 minutes to bake the chicken. I will definitely make it again.

    Used fajita seasoning packet + seasoning of recipe and chicken breasts. Given those adjustments, this review is more about all other instructions than taste. In all, took about 45-50 mins to make with prep/cook so, depending on skill level, I wouldn’t call it quick. The recipe was easy to follow though and cooking everything in the oven gave me time to make guac. Also made for easy cleanup. Fajitas turned out very nicely and tasted good, though even with the packet I would’ve liked a little more flavor.

    Super quick, super easy, and super yummy, my kind of recipe! I will say I added a little more seasoning, next time I will double the seasoning amount, and of course we also added avocado, cheese and sour cream 👌🏻*(we prefer this homemade seasoning unless you can find one premade without MSG, which we couldn’t find)

    I made this last night for dinner, I ended up using a Chicken Fajita seasoning packet instead and it was still super good!
