- 4 garlic (smashed cloves)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 cups water

it was very tender and was hoping for something a bit tougher. also seemed a bit salty but that might just be due to the vegetable stock I used. my son really liked it though.
