- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. seitan
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. oil (or tahini or nut butter)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. oil (I use avocado oil.)
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. dried parsley (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
