oh I adore this soup. It's especially tasty the next day. I had a huge amount of romaine lettuce and I didn't want to make a billion salads with it, but I couldn't seem to find anything else to make with it before I came across this recipe. It also helped me use up a thing of broccoli (which I used in place of cauliflower) that would have gone bad otherwise. This is a very delightful and delicious simple soup that you'll want to eat again and again
