- 1 red onion (medium, diced, or a brown onion, shallot …)
- 4 cups pumpkin (precut, then large diced, pieces)
- 1 cup water (use less if you prefer a thicker sauce)
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms (frozen, you can also use fresh ones)
- 1 stock cube (big vegetable)
- 1 stock cube (mushroom)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (the chickeny kind)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano (don’t omit!)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika powder
- 16 meatballs (your favorite vegan, or as much Salty Bean bacon as you like)
- 1 head broccoli (cut into small florets)
