This is an excellent recipe and it was devoured in minutes. The secret to any roll up or "log" dessert is to not overbake and roll quickly while its hot. I am not big on pumpkin but I loved it! the filling is a nice balance and its not too sweet. I made this in the morning and stored in refrigerator until serving that evening. I sliced it right before serving and sprinkled the top with powdered sugar. Will make again for family thanksgiving. Thank you!
