- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (if on Whole30 make your own or skip)
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz. sour cream (or cashew cream if paleo or Whole30, see note)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 3 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard (see note if Whole30)
- 2 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 cup cashews (preferably soaked in water 4 hours)
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
