- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate (or 3/4 cup orange juice)
- 1 bay leaf
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 15 oz. red kidney beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. black beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. garbanzo beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)
