- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1 green onion
- salt
- black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- brown sugar (packed – 1 tbsp)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 6 cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil ([Original recipe called for, but I didn’t have it handy so I replaced it with sunflower oil. Sesame oil will add a more intense oriental flavor to the dish.])
- 1 tsp. cornflour
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (optional)
