Didn’t use cucumbers, or Parmesan. Added red peppers, kalmata olives and used Newman’s Own Parmesan Roasted Garlic dressing. For 2 of us, used 2 cups shells and the rest by eye.
9/13/21: made again. Added the Parmesan. Not as good defiantly will leave it out next time. Overwhelming.
