- seeds (from the squash)
- heavy cream (or Sour Cream)
- Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
- bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 lb. butternut squash
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Granny Smith apples (green, Peeled and cored, sliced into chunks.)
- 1/2 cup chopped onions (I use white onion.)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 cups vegetable (broth, or chicken)
- 13.5 oz. coconut milk (can of, I used full fat)
- 1 tsp. honey
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. curry
