    Delicious! However they did not stay together as well as they seem to in the instructions. It's possible you may need more egg/flour to hold to them together a bit more

    Merely sweet potato pancakes. Fritters are round balls at my house. This recipe crunchy and flat. try adding grated sweet potatoes to a real fritter recipe. Now you've got a real fritter!
