Great way to use up baghette and amazingly good French toast 🥰 I used frozen blueberries and philadelphia cream cheese the first time I made it. The second time I used homemade apple-cinnamon compote and mascarpone and liked it better, as mascarpone doesn’t have that tangy flavour that characterizes philadelphia and adds extra creaminess ❤️
