    was a little overcooked so i recommend watching it between 20-30min to see if its done earlier. It was still so yummy though!

    This was a hit! Some of my family members don’t like sweet potatoes but with this mixture they loved it. Most definitely will be making again!

    Huge hit with the family! I used onions, green peppers, and Japanese white sweet potato and I roasted a garlic bulb on the side! Yummy!
