    Good recipe, too spicy for the kids.
    I had 7lbs of ribs to make for my family and this was a great recipe for it. We did the rub the day before and let them sit in the frig till the next afternoon. We wrapped them in foil on the rack and they were perfect. Only down side is the ribs were pretty spicy for our taste so next time I will cut the chili powder down to 1/2.
