It was really good! If you like garlic I would recommend adding some extra and let people add the red pepper flakes as they would like because the rehydrate and it makes it really spicy. Overall it was really good!!!

It was amazing packed with flavor I love it and so did my 93 year old grandmother, I’ve been trying to find healthier food choices for us and this is definitely going to stay on top of my list

I made this recipe and was easy. It came together just as pictured. My husband and I enjoyed it. My picky kids not so much. But I will try again.

Nice idea but didn’t come together as expected. Sauce was too watery and pasta was getting too soft. I added cheese and basil and flavor was nice.

This dish is amazing! Made it for my family, we are not vegan, but we are trying to do more meatless meals. This was a hit with all my family, including my picky 2 year old!

Great flavor profile. I’m all about the 1-pot dishes! I went a little further on a thing or two… I browned the zucchini on their own and put them aside. I sautéed the onion and mushrooms to sweat them out, then added the rest of the ingredients. I threw in the zucchini I set aside with the spinach. Good stuff! Thanks for the good and simple recipe. It was a hit at the table :)

Double the veggies, reduce the pasta to 4oz, and use a spicy pasta sauce like arrabiata and this is a keeper.

turned out good, was lacking seasoning so i added my own in. added some fresh grated parmesean on top as well. super easy to Make and fast

Super yummy! I was nervous about adding everything in with my dry noodles, but it turned out great! I also added some cooked chicken to mine because I have lots of meat lovers in my family - they all loved it!!

This recipe aims to be easy and convenient because its one-pot, however you have to be constantly watching it because it sticks to the pan. You won’t have any textures since everything is boiled and there are some missing flavors too. Instead of boiling everything, I’d rather sauté the mushrooms and zucchini separately and then add them later on.

Really good but next time think I’ll use a meat sauce just to give it a little more staying power Flavor is excellent!
