- 6 cups broccoli florets (chopped)
- 3 1/2 cups chicken broth (I use low-sodium)
- 4 pkg. ramen noodles (3 ounces each, flavoring packets discarded)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (I use low sodium)
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce (see note)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
