Turned out great. The flavors were great and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve been looking to learn more “Greek” or “Mediterranean” style cooking recently and this was very natural and delicious. I accidentally bought trout instead of salmon (I live in Utah where we have tons of trout from lakes and rivers and no ocean) so the quality of fish was very good but next time I’m going to make sure I buy salmon and then I can compare.

I’ve made 2-3 times and plan to make again tonight w couscous and a Greek salad. My kids love it!!
