These are a perfect light cookie, and are hard to stop eating! The recipe is easy to follow and everyone seems to love them, despite the oatmeal!

They are so delicious. The perfect combo of chewy and crunchy. I only had like 3/4 cup of sugar to use and they’re turned out great!

We love these chewy cookies I used half brown and half white sugar. Easy recipe.

Since I'm clumsy with my cooking, mine never turn out "lacy", but they still taste great.

The cookies had a great flavor but i felt there was something missing. I went by the what the recipe said but the dough was falling apart. I baked the first batch as it said but they were so crumbly so i tweeked it and added peanut butter and a little coconut and a liitle more flour and they were delicious. My husband agreed that the first batch wasn't as good. He loved my tweeked batches much better.

Even though I inadvertently forgot the flour they came out amazingly tasty. Would make again without flour because everyone liked them

I used coconut sugar and they turned out delicious! The coconut sugar gave it a mild coconut flavor, which was amazing. I The texture is everything I ever wanted in a cookie. Thin, crunchy, chewy. Very quick and easy to make. Thanks for sharing!

For someone who's trying to stay in shape but has a sweet tooth, these cookies are super simple, tasty and healthy! I did a couple changes to make the recipe a bit healthier, only put 1/2 cup of sugar, substituted half the butter for coconut oil and I needed to add another egg to keep the batter together. But overall very happy!
