Save some time in the kitchen with this easy no boil noodles lasagna.
Ingredients

8 SERVINGS
- 1/2 lb. ground sausage (mild)
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 24 oz. spaghetti sauce (bottles, your favorite brand or homemade)
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pinch sugar
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup mexican blend cheese (or shredded Italian blend)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 box frozen spinach

Directions
- Defrost spinach in the microwave and squeeze out any water. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together ricotta, egg and parmesan*. *Set aside a small amount of parmesan to sprinkle on the top of the lasagna.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and sautee until translucent. Add in ground sausage and ground beef. Cook until browned. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
