  • 1 1/3 cups sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup peanut butter (we also have used almond butter and it tastes awesome too)
  • 1 cup ground flax seed
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips (I leave this out of half because I have a chocolate hater in house)
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (this is optional if you want to change these from a good for you alternative to a dessert that people every where will attack you to eat)
