- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 1/3 cups sweetened coconut
- 1 cup peanut butter (we also have used almond butter and it tastes awesome too)
- 1 cup ground flax seed
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (I leave this out of half because I have a chocolate hater in house)
- 2/3 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (this is optional if you want to change these from a good for you alternative to a dessert that people every where will attack you to eat)
